RAYBEN

Founded in 2001, RAYBEN Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and has a production base in Zhuhai. Our sales cover the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and Greater China. With more than 20 years of experience in the design, development and production of PCBs, we have been providing multi-layer HDI/HLC, IMS and multi-layer FR4 product solutions embedded in ceramic/copper blocks to customers in automotive, industrial, consumer electronics and medical applications, and have established long-term cooperation with many well-known automotive lighting and automotive electronics manufacturers.
We have expertise in PCB thermal management solutions, and have obtained MHE embedded ceramic PCB technology patents in the United States, the European Union, China, Japan and South Korea, Taiwan and India. In order to better support the expanding market demand at home and abroad, starting from 2023, we have launched a capacity expansion plan with the goal of establishing a second factory in mainland China and overseas factories.
