In response to the national "3060 double carbon target", the company actively promotes the work of peak shift power consumption, concentrated water reuse and waste reduction. At the same time, it continuously evaluates and implements various energy-saving/energy storage projects and renewable energy, strives to promote and implement the carbon emission management of enterprises, and strives to be consistent with the national goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality.
Green Environmental Protection Development
In order to better respond to customer delivery and order demand, the company continues to expand production capacity, while insisting on continuing to strengthen environmental protection investment, and constantly introduce advanced production technology and equipment to improve product yield, reduce energy consumption and material consumption levels, thereby reducing greenhouse gases And waste emission intensity.
In April 2021, the company purchased a new Hitachi 145KW energy-efficient ice water machine (and supporting 300 cold tons cooling tower, pipe network system) to replace the old high-energy ice water machine. It is expected to save 500MWH of electricity annually, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 275 tons/year.
In May 2021, the company purchased Atlas's new GA200LW energy-efficient air compressor and waste heat recovery system to form the GA200LW GA160 variable frequency GA90 automatic variable frequency control air pressure system, eliminating the old high-energy fixed frequency low-power air compressor. The project is expected to save 800MWH of electricity per year, equivalent to 440 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year.
Energy Saving And Consumption Reduction
The company continues to introduce advanced production technology and equipment to make product upgrades and energy conservation and emission reduction investment, continuously improve product yield and production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and materials, carbon emission intensity has a significant downward trend, and effectively reduce carbon dioxide (such as greenhouse gas) emissions per unit of industrial value added.
